At Confluent, we recognize the importance of stepping back to recharge, whether it\u2019s to relax, spend time with loved ones, or focus on your personal needs. That\u2019s why we\u2019re committed to providing the support and flexibility you need to prioritize your health and come back feeling your best.<\/p>\n<h3>Vacation Days<\/h3>\n<p>Confluent provides employees with 25 vacation days (prorated based on hire date) for you to enjoy activities including vacations, family time, or whatever fills your cup.<\/p>\n<h3>Sick Time<\/h3>\n<p>Additional time off is available should you have an unexpected illness, doctor appointment, or need time to care for a family member. You will receive 5 sick days each year.
