By choosing to participate in the ESPP, eligible employees can invest directly in Confluent at a discounted rate.<\/p>\n<h2>ESPP Highlights<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Enrollment into the plan will take place in January and July. If you happen to miss the most recent window, you will be able to enroll in the next one.<\/li>\n<li>Contributions are managed through after-tax payroll deductions. You will have the opportunity to contribute between 1%-15% of your eligible pay. Certain limits apply.<\/li>\n<li>Confluent offers bi-annual ESPP purchases with up to a 12-month look back to get at least a 15% discount on your shares.
