Simply login to the Benefits Enrollment Center through Okta, follow the<a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1mZWa1GHnCkH9z9nxSM3g7dtIwRfTfIEr\/view\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> step-by-step instructions<\/a>, and boom! You\u2019re done.<\/p>\n<h2>New Hire<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>As a new hire, it\u2019s important to note that you must complete your enrollment within <strong>30 days of your date of hire. If you miss this deadline, a medical questionnaire will be required and may result in restricted or declined coverage.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Go to Okta &gt; Benefits Enrollment Center &gt; New Hire Benefits Enrollment Event to complete your enrollment within the 30-day window.<\/li>\n<li>For live support and answers to your benefits questions, reach out to our Benefits Enrollment Center: 800-471-8885 (Mon \u2013 Fri \/ 10am \u2013 7pm EST).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Making Changes<\/h2>\n<p>You are able to change your medical enrollment during certain life events including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Marriage, divorce, separation<\/li>\n<li>Birth, legal adoption of a child, placement for adoption, permanent guardianship<\/li>\n<li>Death of a spouse or child<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you experience such a life event during the year, you must make this change by submitting it as a qualified life event in the Benefits Enrollment Center <strong>within 30 days of the life event<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Benefit changes will generally be effective on the event date.
