Say hello to your new benefits program.<\/p>\n<p>As a new member of the team here at Confluent, it\u2019s really important that you get to know the different ways the Confluent benefits program can go to work for you. Before you enroll, spend some quality time exploring this program so you can connect all of the ways you can benefit.<\/p>\n<p>And please keep these important deadlines in mind:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To be eligible for benefits coverage through Confluent,\u00a0<strong>you must enroll within 14 days of your hire date<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Employee will receive an email from Medi Assist to review employee &amp;\/or dependents details within 14 working days after enrollment benefit form has been completed on workday. Voluntary Medical Top up options are available as well.
