Before you enroll, spend some quality time exploring this program so you can connect all of the ways you can benefit.<\/p>\n<p>And please keep these important deadlines in mind:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To be eligible for benefits coverage through Confluent,\u00a0<strong>you must enroll within 14 days of your hire date<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Benefits become effective on your date of hire.<\/li>\n<li>If you do not enroll within the first 14 days from your hire date you may delay your medical insurance effective date.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Follow these steps to make your onboarding experience a little easier\u2026 and let the benefits begin.<\/p>\n<h2>Quick steps for enrolling<\/h2>\n<h3>Explore your choices.<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Confirm who is eligible for benefits coverage through Confluent.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Dive deeper into this site to explore Confluent\u2019s plans, services, costs, and your choices.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Contact our benefits providers directly\u2014visit our benefits vendor directory for each provider\u2019s website and toll-free number.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Enroll in your benefits by the deadline<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Connect with plans and services designed to meet your personal, family, and financial needs.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">To enroll in benefits, log into Workday through your Okta dashboard. Find your New Hire Enrollment Event by going to your Workday inbox.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">You must complete your enrollment within 14 days of your date of hire.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Add your eligible dependents, beneficiaries and completed medical history form \u2014 and start benefiting<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">If you&#8217;re enrolling dependents, make sure their information is reflected correctly in Workday.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">You will receive a welcome email with an e-card, benefit schedule and member guide within 7 to 10 working days of your enrollment being processed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Onboarding made easy<\/h3>\n<p>Please visit the <a href=\"https:\/\/confluentinc.atlassian.net\/wiki\/spaces\/PEOPLE\/pages\/1241810436\/New+Employee+Orientation+NEO\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Onboarding<\/a> wiki page [internal only] in the People Resource Center for more information around onboarding.<\/p>\n<h1>Who Is Eligible?<\/h1>\n<h2>Benefits for you &amp; your family.<\/h2>\n<p>If you are a regular full-time employee at Confluent and work at least 20 hours per week, you\u2019re eligible for Confluent\u2019s insurance plans on your date of hire.<\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019re eligible, you can also cover your qualified dependents for these benefits.
