This benefit helps financially protect you and your family in the event of a death, a disabling accident or an illness.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Quick facts<\/h2>\n<h3>Coverage includes:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Term life insurance coverage for you equaling up to 36 times your base monthly salary. Your free cover limit is $700,000. Your designated beneficiaries will receive a lump-sum payment if you die while employed by Confluent.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Personal Accident insurance for you equaling up to a maximum of $500,000. It pays a benefit in addition to your life insurance if you die as the result of a covered accident.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Critical Illness insurance coverage for you equaling up to 18 times your base monthly salary. Your free cover limit is $300,000.
