Simply login to the Confluent Benefits Center through Okta, follow the step-by-step instructions (check the wiki \u2013 internal only), and boom. You\u2019re done.<\/p>\n<h2>New hires<\/h2>\n<p>As a new hire, it\u2019s important to note that you must complete your enrollment within 14 days of your date of hire.<\/p>\n<p>Review New to Confluent? for more details on how to explore your choices and prepare to enroll.<\/p>\n<p>Go to Okta &gt; Workday &gt; Inbox &gt; New Hire Benefits Enrollment Task<\/p>\n<p>If you are having trouble finding your New Hire Benefits Enrollment Task please reach out to <a href=\"mailto:peoplesupport@confluent.io\">peoplesupport@confluent.io<\/a>. Please do not open a new task through \u2018Change Benefits\u2019 when you are enrolling as a new hire.<\/p>\n<h2>Mid-year updates<\/h2>\n<p>You are able to change your medical enrollment during certain life events including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n\t<li aria-level=\"1\">Marriage, divorce, separation<\/li>\n\t<li aria-level=\"1\">Birth, legal adoption of child, placement for adoption, permanent guardianship<\/li>\n\t<li aria-level=\"1\">Death of a spouse or child<\/li>\n\t<li aria-level=\"1\">Loss or gain of other insurance coverage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you experience such a life event during the year, you must make this change by submitting it as a qualified life event in the Confluent Benefits Center within 25 days of the life event.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Benefit changes will generally be effective on the event date.
