Before you enroll, spend some quality time exploring this program so you can connect all of the ways you can benefit.<\/p>\n<h2>New hires<\/h2>\n<p>As a new hire, it\u2019s important to note that you must complete your enrollment on benefit form in your Workday Inbox within 14 days of your date of hire.<\/p>\n<h2>Mid-Year updates<\/h2>\n<p>You are able to change your medical enrollment during certain life events including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Marriage, divorce, separation<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Birth, legal adoption of child, placement for adoption, permanent guardianship<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Death of a spouse or child<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Loss or gain of other insurance coverage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you experience such a life event during the year, you must make this change by submitting it as a qualified life event in the Confluent Benefits Center <strong>within 30 days of the life event.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Benefit changes will generally be effective on the event date.
