If you have questions about your enrollment or would like to enroll dependents please contact <a href=\"mailto:peoplesupport@confluent.io\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">peoplesupport@confluent.io<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Onboarding made easy<\/h2>\n<p>Visit the <a href=\"https:\/\/confluentinc.atlassian.net\/wiki\/spaces\/PEOPLE\/pages\/1075686593\/Onboarding\">Onboarding wiki page<\/a> [internal only] in the People Resource Center for more information.<\/p>\n<h2>Who is Eligible?<\/h2>\n<p>If you are a regular full-time employee at Confluent Spain with a valid work contract and work at least 30 hours per week, you\u2019re eligible for Confluent\u2019s healthcare-related plans. These include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Medical and prescription drug coverage<\/li>\n<li>Dental and vision care<\/li>\n<li>Virtual care services<\/li>\n<li>Pretax spending accounts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can also cover your qualified dependents, provided their information is submitted to Cigna before any treatments begin.<\/p>\n<h3>Eligible dependents include:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Your spouse<\/li>\n<li>Your domestic partner (same or opposite sex)<\/li>\n<li>Your dependent children up to age 26 (regardless of marital status), including natural, step, adopted, or placed-for-adoption children, or those for whom you or your spouse are legal guardians<\/li>\n<li>Unmarried children age 26 or older who are mentally or physically disabled and rely on you for support<\/li>\n<li>Children of a domestic partner (same or opposite sex), up to age 26<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Other benefits may have different eligibility guidelines.<\/p>\n<h2>Enrollment essentials<\/h2>\n<p>To be eligible for benefits coverage, you must enroll within your first week of employment. Coverage begins on the first of the month following your hire date. Missing this deadline may delay your medical insurance start date.<\/p>\n<p>Quick steps to enroll:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Explore your benefit options and confirm eligibility<\/li>\n<li>Review plans, services, and costs on the benefits site<\/li>\n<li>Contact providers directly via the vendor directory<\/li>\n<li>Complete the CIGNA Employee Enrollment Data Form<\/li>\n<li>Add eligible dependents and beneficiaries in Workday<\/li>\n<li>Submit your medical history form<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You\u2019ll receive a welcome email with an e-card, benefit schedule, and member guide shortly after enrollment.
