All we ask is that both you and your partner sign our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.docusign.net\/Member\/PowerFormSigning.aspx?PowerFormId=ceaf2337-c0ad-4be8-a75a-0f263c7304f4&amp;env=na1&amp;acct=5502cc19-2acc-4c10-9848-d4f7e29b470c&amp;v=2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Declaration of Domestic Partnership form via DocuSign<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">The IRS and some state regulations require you to pay the cost for domestic partner coverage with after-tax dollars.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">The company\u2019s portion of the cost is subject to income and Social Security taxes as imputed income.
