That\u2019s why Confluent offers flexible paid time off (FTO) for regular, exempt full-time employees, giving you the freedom to enjoy vacations, staycations, family time, or whatever helps you unwind. With our FTO plan, there are no defined limits on how much time off you can take in a given year.
