are a UK employee at Confluent, you\u2019re eligible for Confluent\u2019s insurance plans starting on your date of hire.<\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019re eligible, you can also cover your eligible dependents for private medical insurance, which include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Spouse or cohabitating partner<\/li>\n<li>Children including adopted children, children for which you or your spouse are the legal guardian, step-children if residing at your address (regardless of marital status) can be added to cover<\/li>\n<li>Children will removed from cover at the next renewal following their
