Before you enroll, spend some quality time exploring this program so you can connect all of the ways you can benefit.<\/p>\n<p>And please keep these important deadlines in mind:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">You become eligible for coverage on your date of hire<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">You have <strong>30 days from your date of hire<\/strong> to complete your Workday New Hire Enrollment Event<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">You have <strong>90 days to enroll<\/strong> in Private Medical Insurance coverage through our plan without submitting medical underwriting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Follow these steps to make your onboarding experience a little easier\u2026 and let the benefits begin.<\/p>\n<h2>Your Enrollment Checklist<\/h2>\n<h3>Confirm Eligibility<\/h3>\n<p>If you are a UK employee at Confluent, you\u2019re eligible for Confluent\u2019s insurance plans starting on your date of hire.<\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019re eligible, you can also cover your eligible dependents for private medical insurance, which include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Spouse or cohabitating partner<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Children including adopted children, children for which you or your spouse are the legal guardian, step-children if residing at your address (regardless of marital status) can be added to cover<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Children will removed from cover at the next renewal following their 25th birthday<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Different eligibility guidelines may apply for other benefits plans and services available through Confluent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Explore your choices.<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Dive deeper into this site to explore Confluent\u2019s plans, services, costs, and your choices.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Contact our benefits providers directly\u2014visit our benefits <a href=\"https:\/\/confluentbenefits.com\/unitedkingdom\/vendor-directory\/\">vendor directory<\/a> for each provider\u2019s website and toll-free number.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Select your benefits and enroll by the deadline<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Connect which plans and services we offer to meet your personal, family, and financial needs<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">To enroll in benefits, log into Workday through your Okta dashboard. Find your New Hire Enrollment Event by going to your Workday inbox<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Should you wish to join the private medical scheme together with any dependents, you must complete your Workday enrollment event within 30 days of your date of hire..
