  • Area of cover: Worldwide
  • Pre-existing conditions are covered with the exception of noted exclusions
  • Inpatient: Up to €1.000.000 per family, per year
  • Maternity coverage: Up to €1,000 (only in network) + up to €8,000 per vaginal delivery and no limit for birth by Cesarean section
  • Wellness (health screening): Up to a combined limit of €600, per family, every two years
  • Dental: up to €4,000 annually
  • Vision (lenses and eyeglasses): Up to €400 per person, 20% deductible per claim

When does your coverage begin?
Your medical coverage starts on 1/1/2025 and will automatically renew every year, with Confluent’s approval.
