    • Long Term Disability (LTD): 60% of Monthly Base Salary (cap of JPY 1,000,000 per month) up to age 60, after a 90-day waiting period.
    • Personal Accident (with medical rider): Each employee is insured for 2x annual salary (rounded up to nearest JPY 10,000) for Accidental Death and Dismemberment:
      • Disability: 4-100% of death benefit depending on disability grade (1-14)
      • Reimbursement for medical expense due to injury: Up to JPY 2,000,000
      • Reimbursement for medical expense when hospitalized due to illness: Up to JPY 3,000,000
