  • Medical Reimbursement: KRW 30,000,000 annual aggregate limit for Inpatient/Outpatient. Outpatient KRW 150,000 per visit (Maximum 100 visits)
    • Statutory Inpatient Co-Payment: 20% of covered medical expenses
    • Non-Statutory Inpatient Co-Payment: 30% of covered medical expenses
  • Statutory Outpatient Co-Payment: Greater amount between 20% of actual paid statutory amount and minimum standard amount by hospital type (Clinic. Hospital 10k / General Hospital 20k)
    • Non-Statutory Outpatient Co-Payment: Greater amount between 30% of actual paid statutory amount and 30k
  • 3 Non-Statutory Treatments (Deductible 30% of medical expenses (30K min.)
    • Chiropractic, ESWT, Prolotherapy: KRW 3,500,000 annual limits
    • Injections: KRW 2,500,000 annual limits
    • MRI/MRA: KRW 3,500,000 annual limits
  • Health check-up allowance
    • KRW 300,000 per annum for employees only. Submit via Navan.
