Your Benefits at a Glance

Take care of your physical well-being with Confluent’s supplementary medical reimbursement plan.

We offer a gross allowance to Confluent employees: €75 for single employees and €150 for families,  to use towards the cost of medical insurance. This payment is paid via payroll and subject to the usual payroll deductions.

Confluent provides access to free therapy and flexible time-off so you can recharge and show up as your best self.

Confluent offers financial benefits to help you prepare for the future, protect yourself financially from accidents, or partake in the company’s success.

AD&D

Confluent provides AD&D insurance coverage, at no cost to you. This benefit helps financially protect you and your family in the event of an accident, death, or disability and begins on your first date of employment.

Coverage includes:

  • Death for any cause: 2x insured salary*
  • Up to 4x insured salary*

*Insured salary is defined as the uncapped SV wages.

Pension

Confluent operates a Defined Contribution pension plan that includes:

  • Old age pension
  • Partner/Orphan Pension
  • Waiver of premium in case of disability

Total Contribution: 15% (employee pays 4% and Confluent pays 11%)

Pension basis:  (Maximum) pensionable salary- statutory offset

Pensionable salary: 12 x monthly salary + 8% holiday allowance. Subject to max annual pensionable limit of €137,800, minus a statutory offset of €18,475 (2025 rates that are subject to change from year to year).

Disability Insurance

Short-Term: Receive 100% of salary in the first year and 70% in the second year.

Long-Term: After two years, LTD provides up to 70% of salary (including social disability benefits), based on a medical assessment.

Business Travel Accident

Our Business Travel Accident insurance is there to protect you while you’re traveling for Confluent.

Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)
