Confluent offers a Healthcare Spending Account (HSA) to help you save money on eligible medical, dental, and vision expenses not covered by other health plans. The HSA provides additional coverage and the flexibility to use the account to meet your healthcare needs.

HSA Plan Highlights

  • Confluent will set aside up to $500 at the beginning of each calendar year for your HSA. This amount will be prorated for new employees who join mid year.
  • You can use your HSA to cover expenses that are considered eligible medical expenses under the Income Tax Act (Canada). These include expenses that are not paid, or not paid in full, by any other private or government plan and expenses incurred outside your province of residence.
  • Claims must be submitted no later than 90 days after Dec 31st of the year the claim is incurred and can be carried forward one year.
  • Should you leave Confluent, you can submit claims incurred prior to your termination date for up to 31 days.
