Confluent provides the Medical Insurance plan, under MCIS Insurance, to all its employees and their families. Under this plan, your premiums are 100% covered for both you and your dependents. The plan renews annually on November 1st.

Medical plan highlights:

Employee & Dependents:

• Inpatient: Annual plan limit up to RM 100,000.
• Outpatient: Unlimited annual limit that’s inclusive of mental illness services.

Employee & Spouse:

• Maternity: Normal deliveries receive coverage of RM 3,125 and Caesarean deliveries receive coverage of RM 4,750.

Employee Only:

• Dental: Up to RM 1,500 per insurance year, applicable within Malaysia only.
• Wellness: Up to a limit of RM 975 per insurance year. Covers annual health screenings.
• Optical: Up to a limit of RM 500 per insurance year.
