Ready, Set, Enroll

You’ve come to the right place.

As a new member of the team here at Confluent, it’s really important that you get to know the different ways the Confluent benefits program can go to work for you. Before you enroll, spend some quality time exploring this program so you can connect all of the ways you can benefit.

New hires

As a new hire, it’s important to note that you must complete your enrollment on benefit form in your Workday Inbox within 14 days of your date of hire.

Mid-Year updates

You are able to change your medical enrollment during certain life events including:

  • Marriage, divorce, separation
  • Birth, legal adoption of child, placement for adoption, permanent guardianship
  • Death of a spouse or child
  • Loss or gain of other insurance coverage

If you experience such a life event during the year, you must make this change by submitting it as a qualified life event in the Confluent Benefits Center within 30 days of the life event.

Benefit changes will generally be effective on the event date. If you have questions about what date to use for your event please reach out to peoplesupport@confluent.io.
