As a new member of the team here at Confluent, it’s really important that you get to know the different ways the Confluent benefits program can go to work for you. Before you enroll, spend some quality time exploring this program so you can connect all of the ways you can benefit. If you are a regular full-time employee at Confluent Spain with a valid work contract and work at least 30 hours per week, you’re eligible for Confluent’s healthcare-related plans. These include:

Other benefits may have different eligibility guidelines.
To be eligible for benefits coverage, you must enroll within your first week of employment. Coverage begins on the first of the month following your hire date. Missing this deadline may delay your medical insurance start date.
Quick steps to enroll:
You’ll receive a welcome email with an e-card, benefit schedule, and member guide shortly after enrollment. Physical ID cards may take up to 4 weeks.
