We work hard, but we want to make sure our employees get time away to recharge. Confluent provides employees with paid time off listed in your employment agreement for you to enjoy activities including vacations, family time, and whatever fills your cup.
Additional time is available should unexpected illness or time to care for your own health be needed. The amount of sick leave allowed each year is listed in your employee contract.
