You are automatically signed up and 60% of the monthly premium is taxed and will show up on your payslip.

Health Insurance – Sickness Insurance

Coverage when you need it

The ITP-level health insurance plan, through Euroaccident, is 100% paid for by Confluent and provides:

• Covers gap between statutory sick pay and 70-75% of monthly salary, eligible after 3 months time of sickness

Premium of Waiver – PDB

What you need to know

This plan, through Euroaccident, is not paid for by Confluent. Details include:

• Covers future pension premiums for employee during long time sickness

Life Insurance/TGL

Life happens

The TGL life insurance plan, through Euroaccident, is 100% paid for by Confluent and provides:

• From 6 pba 279 000 SEK, 55 years old – to 1 pba 46500 SEK at 65 years
• Beneficiary – wife/husband/partner/ reg. partner, children

Also – if you have children another life insurance is added for each child:

• From 2 pba 93 000 SEK, 0-17 years old to 1 pba 46 500 at 19 years old

TFA – Accident Insurance During Work Hours

• Accident insurance during working hours and also applies while traveling to and from work
