Confluent provides the Mediclaim Insurance plan, under Care Health Insurance, to all its employees and their families. Under this plan, your premiums are 100% covered for both you and your dependents and renews annually on December 1^st.

Medical plan highlights:

• Inpatient: Sum Insured INR 700,000 per family
• Pre-existing diseases covered 
• Pre and post hospitalization covered for 30 days pre-admission and 60 days post discharge, respectively
• Day Care procedures covered 
• Ayurvedic / Homeopathic/ Unani treatment expenses admissible up to 25% of the Family Sum Insured provided treatment taken in Govt recognised Hospital
• Genetic Disorder to be covered up to the family sum insured of INR 700,000
• Emergency Ambulance charges are covered up to INR 3,000 per event
• Maternity Benefits – INR 70,000 for normal Delivery & INR 85,000 for C-section
  • Well baby expenses covered within maternity limit
  • Pre-natal & post-natal covered within maternity limit as IPD & OPD
  • Maternity complications covered up to family floater sum insured of INR 700,000.
• Outpatient: Sum Insured up to INR 35,000 per family
  • Pharmacy on a prescription basis is covered up to 50% of the combined overall limit of INR 35,000. 
  • Doctor’s Consultation charges on a prescription basis can be covered.  
  • Diagnostic charges only on a prescription basis can be covered up to a combined overall limit of INR 35,000.
  • Health Check-up is covered up to 50% of the combined overall limit of INR 35,000. 
  • Dental treatment like consultation charges, Root Canal, Extraction, Implants, Filling, Capping, Crown, Braces etc. are covered up to a combined overall limit of INR 35,000.
  • Vision expenses like consultation charges, spectacle glass is covered up to a combined overall limit of INR 35,000.  Expenses like frame and contact lenses are not payable under the Vision expenses.
