Financial Support When You Need It Most
If you’re unable to work due to a serious illness or injury, Confluent provides long-term disability (LTD) coverage at no cost to you. Benefits start after 26 weeks, following sickness absence and sick pay.
All employees are eligible for this benefit. You do not need to take any action to enrol, we take care of the administration for you.
LTD benefits may replace up to 75% of your base salary, for up to three years. Claims are approved at the discretion of the insurer. You will be required to submit supporting documentation in order for your claim to be assessed.
