Confluent provides life insurance and accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) benefits, through Canada Life, at no cost to you. This benefit helps financially protect you and your family in the event of a death and is fully paid for by Confluent.

  • Four times your salary that will be paid out to your beneficiaries after your death up to £1,250,000.
  • Salary is the current basic annual salary or wages, plus the annual average of any other earnings from the employer over the preceding 3 years (or since joining the employer if this was within the preceding 3 years).
  • Employees are eligible through age 65 (or state pension age – SPA).
