Ready, Set, Enroll

You’ve come to the right place.

Completing your enrollment is fast and easy. Simply login to Workday through Okta, complete the New Hire Enrollment Event, and boom. You’re done.

As a new hire, it’s important to note that you must complete your enrollment within 90 days of your date of hire to avoid medical underwriting. Simply follow these steps:

  • Review New to Confluent? for more details on how to explore your choices and prepare to enroll.
  • Go to Okta > Workday > Inbox > New Hire Benefits Enrollment Task.

If you are having trouble finding your New Hire Benefits Enrollment Task please reach out to peoplesupport@confluent.io. Please do not open a new task through ‘Change Benefits’ when you are enrolling as a new hire.

Mid-year updates

You are able to change your medical enrollment during certain life events including:

  • Marriage, divorce, separation
  • Birth, legal adoption of child, placement for adoption, permanent guardianship
  • Death of a spouse or child
  • Loss or gain of other insurance coverage

If you experience such a life event during the year, you must make this change by submitting it as a qualified life event in Workday within 30 days of the life event.

Benefit changes will generally be effective when Vitality receives the enrollment form. Birth, adoption, or placement events will be the effective date of the event (birth/adoption/placement). If you have questions about what date to use for your event, please reach out to peoplesupport@confluent.io.

Making changes

  • Login to Workday through Okta.
  • Click the Benefits App.
  • Click Change Benefits.
  • Follow the prompts to complete your enrollment.
