Eligible employees automatically receive term life and personal accidents that are fully paid by Confluent. This benefit helps financially protect you and your family in the event of a death, a disabling accident or an illness. 

Quick facts

Coverage includes:

• Term life insurance coverage for you equaling up to 36 times your base monthly salary. Your free cover limit is $700,000. Your designated beneficiaries will receive a lump-sum payment if you die while employed by Confluent.
• Personal Accident insurance for you equaling up to a maximum of $500,000. It pays a benefit in addition to your life insurance if you die as the result of a covered accident.
• Critical Illness insurance coverage for you equaling up to 18 times your base monthly salary. Your free cover limit is $300,000. Coverage includes up to 37 critical illnesses.

How to sign up

To be enrolled in Term Life and Critical Illness above the free cover limit you must complete the Health Declaration Form with Income for review and complete any additional health screening requirement for insurer’s assessment.
