What you need to know

The Cigna plan is available to all Singapore Employees.

This plan is built around Cigna’s network of doctors, hospitals, and other providers that the plan prefers you to use for your healthcare needs. That’s because the providers within this network have negotiated to limit their fees for care and services, saving money for both you and the plan.

You are able to receive care outside of this network, but if you do, you’ll generally pay a bigger share of the cost.

• Annual plan limit: $1,300,000
• Area of cover: Worldwide excluding USA
• Pre-existing conditions are covered
• Inpatient and outpatient: No coinsurance
• Infertility treatment: up to $21,060 per insurance year
• Maternity coverage: up to $13,000 per year of insurance
• Wellness (health screening): up to a combined limit of $800 per insurance year

This Cigna dental plan gives you the freedom to receive treatment within Singapore.

Dental coverage includes:

• Our plan covers up to the $2,000 annual maximum (including orthodontic) for covered services:
  • Dental Treatment, Dental Surgery, Dental Prostheses and Periodonics 100% reimbursement, up to dental plan maximum 
  • Orthodontic reimbursed up to $1,200 with a 50% co-payment
