This plan allows you the flexibility to receive treatment from any licensed dentist. However, you can save both time and money by choosing a provider within Delta Dental’s PPO network, which includes thousands of dentists and specialists nationwide. Staying in-network also reduces your deductibles and other out-of-pocket costs and, bonus—Delta Dental’s network dentists often take care of the paperwork, making the process more convenient for you.

Plan Highlights

• 100% coverage for preventive care like exams, cleanings, and X-rays, with no deductible. Confluent’s Delta Dental plan will cover 2 cleanings in a calendar year, and you do not have to wait six months between appointments.
• 100% coverage for routine fluoride treatment with an in-network dentist, up to twice a year.
• After the deductible, 90% coverage for basic services like fillings, root canals, and gum treatment.
• Coverage up to $3,000 annually for covered services.
• 60% coverage for major services like crowns, inlays, and implants.
• 50% coverage for orthodontics (both adults and children) up to a $2,000 lifetime maximum.
