Collective Health Virtual Health Services

• Collective Health plans offer coverage for low or no-cost telehealth services through Teladoc.
• Schedule a video visit with a doctor 24/7 to get expert advice, a treatment plan, and prescriptions, if needed.
• It’s free to sign up, there are no monthly fees and you’ll pay $20 or less per visit.
• Enrolled in the Collective Health HDHP? Your deductible no longer applies to virtual visits. You’ll simply pay 10% coinsurance.

Kaiser Virtual Health Services

• Kaiser offers you and your family access to convenient virtual health services through Video Visits. You can seek 24/7 medical care and services from virtually anywhere, to address such non-emergency conditions as infections, rashes, fever, stomach concerns, and more.
• Use Kaiser’s convenient app and online resources to schedule a Video Visit with a Kaiser doctor for expert advice, a treatment plan, and prescriptions, if necessary.
• It’s free to sign up and there are no monthly fees.
