If you decide to skip medical coverage through Confluent, you’ll get an “opt-out credit” of $160 per paycheck, minus any applicable taxes and withholdings. Remember, if you’re a new employee and want to take advantage of this opt-out credit, you must waive coverage within 30 days of your date of hire.
