Quick Facts

• Receive high-quality care from a VSP eye doctor, who will check for vision issues and signs of other health conditions, as well as assess your need for corrective lenses or treatments.
• Our plan will cover one exam to check your lens prescription and one pair of glasses per person per year, with all benefits resetting on January 1.
• In addition to the exam to verify your lens prescription, our plan has VSP’s Essential Medical Eye Care benefit which will cover additional exams to treat immediate eye problems like pink eye, dry eye, and sudden changes in vision.
• You can visit both VSP and non-VSP network eye doctors, but choosing a VSP network provider will save you money and lower out-of-pocket costs.
• Use your frame and lens allowance towards ready-made, non-prescription sunglasses or blue light filtering glasses through VSP LightCare.
